Personalized welcome: You wish to order flowers or a gift in a room, please contact the reception who will be happy to inform you.

Hygiene items: Hygiene products are sold in our vending machines located on the ground floor near the bar.

Laundry: The hotel has a washing machine and dryer which & ironing can be used by our guests themselves. Cost €6.00 ​​/ machine. If you wish to use our laundry, thank you to give your laundry bag, located in your room, before 9:00 am at the reception. Your laundry will be ready the same evening. Each laundry bag that is delivered after 9:00 a.m. will be ready the following evening. Please refer to the price list which is located with the laundry bag.

Ironing service: The hotel has an ironing service from 08.00 to 19.00 hours, your linen will be returned to you after one hour (maximum 3 items). Please refer to the laundry rates on the list located with the laundry bag. Please contact reception.

Iron & ironing board: On the 2nd floor there is an ironing room, with an iron and an ironing board. This room is always open and is near rooms numbers 247 and 248.

Baby Cot: Please contact reception. The cot will be brought to your room free of charge.

Extra bed: The extra bed is free for children from 0 – 5 years old. For children who are 6 years old or older, we charge 20 € / night. We can put an extra bed only in the comfort rooms. Please note that we can only put 1 extra bed per room.

Minibar: All our rooms have a minibar. The minibar is payable and in addition to the price of the room.

“Do not disturb”: If the “do not disturb” sign is hung on the door, we will respect your privacy. Please note that our maids must still clean once a day. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please inform reception of the time when our cleaning lady can come and clean. If you need additional bath towels or toiletries, please contact reception.

Pillows: Your pillow does not suit you? We have a choice of several pillows at the reception.

RELAXATION

Bowling: The hotel has 2 bowling alleys. They are open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. We charge € 16.00 / hour / track.

Ping-pong: The hotel has a ping-pong table. Balls and rackets are available at reception.

Indoor swimming pool: The use of the outdoor and indoor & outdoor swimming pool is free for hotel guests. For external customers we charge: 23 €/adults and 18 €/children from 1-10 years old/Day (Sauna & Hammam included.)

Outdoor swimming pool: The use of the outdoor and indoor & outdoor swimming pool is free for hotel guests. For external customers we charge 6€/adults and 3€/children from 1-10 years old. Children are the responsibility of parents.

Reading room: The hotel has a reading and writing room, with books at your disposal. Please ask for the Clervaux room at reception.

Sauna/Hammam: Use is free for hotel guests. Opening hours from 7 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. Additional bathrobes and towels on request at reception.

Healthy cuisine: On request.

Half-board: Half-board, including a starter, a main course and a dessert.

Ice Cubes: Please ask our staff at the bar for ice cubes. We charge 2.50 € / kg.

ENVIRONNMENT MANAGEMENT

 

The hotel has implemented a GREEN program so that our guests can benefit from the daily renewal of towels and linen. The hotel has invested heavily in the installation of sustainable heating, air conditioning and solar water heating systems for the outdoor swimming pools for several years. In addition, the hotel has a centralized switching system that systematically cuts all energy consumption by 90% in each room using a magnetic card. LED televisions have been installed to significantly reduce energy consumption. Our entrance is fully equipped with an automatic double door “airlock”. WASTE MANAGEMENT

The hotel bar now offers drinks served in reusable glass bottles collected by cleaners, and we have also discontinued the sale and distribution of canned drinks. The hotel also offers bulk product alternatives for each of the products featured at breakfast. The hotel has also invested in a digital oil-monitoring system that helps reduce frying oil waste with an automated oil-monitoring thermometer.

 

With regard to waste management, the hotel has set up a separate collection of batteries, paper, glass and empty bottles containing dangerous products, as well as when cleaning the rooms. We apply effective methods of sorting waste across all departments, including food waste, oils and beverages, cardboard packaging, paper, ink and ink cartridges.
